How do I enroll in a course?
Simply browse our Catalog, select any course, and click “Enroll Now”. You’ll be guided through a quick checkout process and gain instant access to your learning dashboard.
What is the typical duration of each course?
Most of our signature courses run between 4 to 8 weeks. You can study at your own pace with lifetime access to all materials after enrollment.
Do you offer certificates upon completion?
Yes. Every student who completes a course receives a beautifully designed digital certificate signed by our lead instructors, ready to share on LinkedIn or add to your portfolio.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you haven’t completed more than 30% of the course content. Just email our support team with your reason.
Are live sessions included or is everything recorded?
All courses include a mix of beautifully produced video lessons plus monthly live Q&A sessions with our floral design mentors held via Zoom.
Is the platform accessible on mobile devices?
Absolutely. Our learning platform is fully responsive and works beautifully on phones and tablets. You can even download lessons for offline viewing.
Can I gift a course to someone else?
