Your registered profile that grants access to courses, the catalog, community features, and purchase history.
1. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
2. Content Licenses
All course materials, videos, templates, and floral design guides are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view and use them. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
All purchases are processed securely. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase if no more than 20% of course content has been accessed. Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted material that you do not own. Do not attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt the platform. User-generated floral portfolios may be featured publicly with your consent.
5. Disclaimers
Our educational content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results from applying learned techniques. Flores y Diseño Atelier is not liable for any injuries sustained while working with tools, flowers, or chemicals during practice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
